Principal’s Message

It is with great excitement and deep gratitude that I introduce myself as the Principal of Seminole Heights High School. After proudly serving as the Assistant Principal here for the past three years, I am honored to now lead this incredible school community into its next chapter.

My name is Mr. Ashley E. Allen, and I bring over 20 years of educational experience to this role, having served as a teacher, coach, Athletic Director, Assistant Principal, and Principal across both Alabama and Florida. Each step of this journey has shaped my commitment to student success, leadership through service, and the power of strong school communities.

At the heart of everything I do is my family. I am blessed to be married to my wonderful wife, and together we are raising two amazing daughters who continue to remind me of the importance of creating a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment for all students.

Seminole Heights is more than just a school, it’s a FAMILY. Over the past three years, I’ve seen firsthand the dedication of our staff, the resilience and talent of our students, and the deep-rooted pride in our community. As I step into this new role, I’m committed to building on our strengths, amplifying student voice, and creating a inclusive environment to ensure that WE are taking Seminole Heights even higher together.
